Who we are

The Riverpark Neighborhood Council (RPNC) is a group of  neighbors who meet at least six times a year with each other and with local government officials to discuss important issues affecting our community.


All meetings are open to Riverpark residents.

RPNC board  members and active committees are detailed in the Board & Committees section. These positions are filled by your neighbors who volunteer their time for the betterment of our community.

Mello-Roos Tax #1 — Community Facilities Districts (CFDs), commonly known as Mello-Roos Districts, are used to finance local public facilities and provide funding for public services.  It is a non-bonded district for maintenance and does not expire

Mello-Roos Tax #2—Oxnard School  District  is a bonded district with final maturity of 9/1/2035.
