Master Association

The Master Association is responsible for most of the parkway landscaping (minus the trees which the city are responsible for), the mailboxes, trellis’s, other items of maintenance and insurance for the association.

 

DSA Areas

This area is basically for the front yard and alley landscaping at various Neighborhoods. Currently those neighborhoods include: Westerly 1 & 2, The Avenue 1 & 2, Collage, Waypoint, The Landing, Pacific Crossing and Celadon. The Association is also responsible for some alley way lighting within the DSA areas. For Community that have front yards and the alley way landscaping maintained by the RiverPark DSA, no changes can to these areas can be made. This includes, plants solar lighting, decorative rocks any other type of decorative item, potted plants chairs or anything else. The City of Oxnard areas:
The City of Oxnard is responsible for all the parks and medians within the Community.
